Chris always wanted to be successful, but committing to a job is tough for him. He currently works in the food industry, but hates conforming to a regular schedule. He comes from rich roots and is constantly battling the lifestyles of his youth. Currently, he is an embarrassment to his family.

My Interpretation:

Chris started his life at age 30, after the death of his father. His family owned the top company in the country. As a child, Chris was the single child of the household. He loved his mother deeply, Mrs. Deep. Curly Blond strands of hair were always falling of her head. Beautiful, expensive clothes. Tall as a tree. His mother was the world to him. When he turned 15, his mother passed away of Kidney failure. That day was the end of his word. Tears came down his face like waterfalls, wind was strong as rocks. He went to the beach. Crying. Heart pounding out of his chest. Waves came in heavily. The sand was his comfort. After that day, his life became a living hell. His father became very strict on him. “Chris, you will make this company the best like it has been for centuries.” Chris wasn’t ready for all this. He didn’t finish school, and soon his father ended kicking him out. He started to work as a cashier in the food industry. Few years passed and his father passed away. At his father’s will, he didn’t receive anything and he became the embarrassment of the family. His uncle received everything and he ended up being the outsider of the family Deep.

Reflection

Being a writer doesn’t show that a person has talent, but sometimes it’s a takes writer to have a creative mind. I consider myself a poor writer because I don’t have the talent or anything like that, but I am very creative. Myself as a writer, I am a fictional, fairytale, romance writer. I write about impossible love, sometimes even some experiences that happened in my life and I add fictional settings.

I like to write about impossible things that can’t happen in the real world, but sometimes “The right words and sentences just do not come pouring out like tape most of the time” that was used by author Anne Lamott, “Shitty first Drafts.” This quote has a lot of meaning to me and a writer because something words, paragraphs and sentences don’t pop up in my head and I write them down. I take at least 5-10 minutes to write a first paragraph. I consider myself as a writer to be poor because writing anything is just sometimes difficult for me to do. Coming up with a thesis statement, analysising quotes, I find that all difficult to do and it’s because I don’t have that talent. Also I consider myself a poor writer because sometimes my sentence structure is poor, my grammatical points are weak. My fears of being a writer would have to struggle with a sentence that sounds to me as perfect when it’s not. Also my fears if writing would be writing about something and then forgetting about it in less than a minute.

My goals as a writer would be to improve my sentence structure, be more confident in myself since I don’t have that and just being a more careful writer un where I can write and just keep writing non-stop and have a descent structure of my writing. “By which I mean not a “good” writer or a “bad” writer but simply a writer, a person whose most absorbed and passionate hours are spent arranging words on pieces of paper.” Author Joan Didion “Why I Write” uses this quote to explain that no one needs to be a good or bad writer but you can keep writing about whatever on pieces of paper and it will be fine. I agree with this because I write about anything sometimes without it being wrong or having to deal with grammatical errors or anything because its my writing and I know what I wrote about and no one can change that.

Being a writer also involves making errors and mistakes. One of my critics would be I because if I reread anything I had written and it doesn’t sound good at all, I change almost the whole thing and rewrite it all over again. The most important thing that I would like to communicate in my writing would be that no one is perfect and that anyone can write whatever they want to write. One of my habits would be writing proper and just be myself when I write and stay focus on what I am suppose to write and support it with enough evidence. Being honest I don’t know where I see myself writing because writing isn’t my thing.

The word silence makes me laugh because during my freshman year it made Leonela, Brenda, Jadzia and I laugh. This happen while we were in the lunchroom and we were talking and all of the sudden Jadzia said silence and Leonela started to laugh a lot. During our years at the high school this word made everyone laugh. Whenever one of us would say the word, we all laugh so much that it would make us cry.

My Eight grade Social Studies teacher inspired me to become interested in political science and history. He’s a historian and I was in AP History for two years, and I was also involved with the Model UN program. He was a teacher that gave lectures and I was always interested in what he had to say. I wrote two thesis papers and he was the one that pushed me to do better and just his ways of teaching. Also he inspired me because he was one of my teachers that was on top of me to keep up my work and reach for my dream.

I wish I had never said “I hate you” to my dad. My dad and I are close but things get in the way. At a soccer game, he had yelled at me for someone else’s mistake and I was upset. He yelled at me in front of everyone and at that moment I told him” I hate you”. Since that day my dad barely tells me anything during a game. I feel bad because he’s my dad and I know I hurt his feelings. Till this day I can barely talk to him about my playing.

During my soccer games, I think about winning and not messing/injuring my knee, ankle, or thigh. This started to happen when I was about 15 years old. I was playing against a hard team, I went to attack the player and I had two players on me. During a kick some girl had kicked my ankle. I didn’t go to the hospital at all and my dad had bought me an ankle brace. I couldn’t play for at least a month that I thought to myself that I was never going to touch a soccer ball again.

Steak has always been my favorite thing to eat. I t runs in the family, everyone is basically a meat eater. I go crazy whenever I see meat. Steak gets me motivated and it always gives me strength and other than that it’s really good. My favorite team is FC Barcelona. This club started as nothing to become the best club in Europe. Barcelona has dominated one of the best clubs, Real Madrid. The best player, Leonel Messi is one of their best players, other than Xavi Hernandez, Carlos Puyol, and others more. FC Barcelona took a lot of championships throughout the European League. FC Barcelona is my favorite team ever. Whenever there’s a game, I always watching.

It’s also very significant to me because it’s one of my inner child characters; it’s a reflection of my childhood.

Hollister is one of my favorite clothing brands because its unique and very colorful, but very expensive. There are a lot of soccer players that are my favorite, but Carlos Puyol is my idol other than Messi. Carlos Puyol plays the position Last man, meaning he’s behind every player and in front of the goalie. He is the captain of FC Barcelona and he controls the defense. His is my idol because he plays my position and I look up too him as a defense player.

My favorite memory is my quineanera. This is a very memorable memory because my family and all my friends where there with me in this special day. It was a fairytale. Pink is my favorite color to wear because it shows the girly side of me and how I am as a person. Pink isn’t only for small girls, it’s for everyone else, even men. I think that whoever wears pink must be a person that doesn’t care of what people think about them or what they are seen to be. I find men attractive when they wear pink because sometimes it takes a real man to wear pink and I think that’s really cute and I think that the man doesn’t care of what ways he’s seen in but what he sees in himself.

Fruit loops I think is the worst cereal I ever tasted because it has too much sugar and it has no flavor. Also I don’t like because it just taste like fruit and nothing else. When I was small, I ate a cup of it and I threw up for at least a week and since that day I don’t eat it at all because I had I bad experience with this cereal.

The TV show I like to watch is Teen Mom. Teen Mom is about four girls that their lives changed because they were pregnant at age fifteen and sixteen. The struggles that these girls made shows the reality of being pregnant when you are not ready and it shows future generations to think about being safe and know the consequences of their actions if they aren’t safe enough.

* During a game I was playing and I attacked a defense player to take the ball away. During a play one of the defense players kicked my ankle and I messed up my ankle
